The North Davis Meadows County Service Area (CSA) was established on June 1, 1987 in order to provide extended services to the North Davis Meadows Subdivision. In 1995 the North Davis Meadows II Subdivision was annexed into the North Davis Meadows County Service Area.

Currently the North Davis Meadows CSA provides mainly Sewer, Water and Landscaping services to the residents within the CSA as well as other inclusive services.

The North Davis Meadows CSA is governed directly by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors is advised as to the maintenance and operation of the North Davis Meadows CSA by the North Davis Meadows County Service Area Advisory Committee. This advisory committee meets on a regular basis to discuss the ongoing issues pertinent to the North Davis Meadows CSA.
