PUBLIC INFORMATION

Roll Information

The local tax roll is available on a computer terminal at the Assessor’s Office or the Tax Collector’s Office at 625 Court Street, Woodland. The roll contains the parcel number and/or location designation; name and mailing address of the assessee; the assessed values of land, improvements, fixtures, and personal property; homeowner exemption, if applied; latest recorded document; local revenue district, and the net taxable value of all property assessed.

If you know a street address, you can look up parcel numbers or recent deed recordings on this site.

The local roll can also be purchased for $525 (buyer supplying CD) by contacting Linda Park at (530) 666-8135.

Assessor Plot Maps

A set of Yolo County Map Books is available at the Assessor’s Office public counter (625 Court Street, Woodland). Copies of map pages can be purchased for $3 per page. You can look up maps on our GIS site.

Property Characteristics

Residential property characteristics (year built, square footage, etc.) are available for a $5.00 per parcel fee at the Assessor's office or, if paying by charge card (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover), by calling (530) 666-8135 (from Woodland or Davis) or (916) 375-6496 (from West Sacramento).  Characteristic information is available for most residential properties, but is NOT AVAILABLE for non-residential properties.  Characteristics information will ONLY be processed by phone from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Monday through Friday.

Please Note: Residential property characteristics are also available for a fee through another agency that is not related to Yolo County.  For more information regarding pricing and service availablility including their hours of operation please contact Parcel Quest (888) 217-8999 or onilne at www.parcelquest.com.

What's Available By Phone

Our Public Information phone line is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays. Holiday Schedule  Information regarding current ownership of property, owner's mailing address, parcel number, last recorded document information and current assessment may be obtained by calling (530) 666-8135. In order not to tie up public lines, only three parcels can be requested per call.
