 District Attorney Jeff W. Reisig is assisted in administering the District Attorney's Office by:

Rounding out the chief administrative heads are Chief Investigator Bruce Naliboff, Chief of Finance and Administration Smokey Rickerd, Information Technology Manager Craig Walker, Victim Services Program Coordinator Laura Valdes-Virgen and MDIC Program Director Cameron Handley. These people are supported by an administrative staff that provides financial, personnel and operational support.

The Personnel Unit is responsible for all "Human Resources" functions for the department's Criminal operations such as recruitment, new hire paperwork, evaluations notifications, benefit selections, personnel files and various personnel management reports.

The Staff Services Analyst is the department's Equal Rights Officer, Injury Management Coordinator, the CLETS trainer, the Grand Jury Liaison and handles Asset Forfeiture cases, as well as a resource for managers on policy and procedures pertaining to personnel issues. The Staff Services Analyst also investigates and mediates personnel issues and works closely with the Financial Unit. The Staff Services Analyst is responsible for collecting and processing statistical reports and SB90 Claims.

The Financial Unit serves as the accounting, purchasing, payroll and budgetary arm of the Criminal Bureau and is responsible for all financial transactions. It consists of the Administrator of Finance, and an Office Support Specialist. The Unit prepares and monitors the $6.7 million general fund budget, enters and distributes the biweekly payroll, performs all purchasing functions, travel accounting, financial reporting, and related duties. In addition, the unit oversees the financial concerns of the various grants and mandates monitoring expenditures for compliance with both County policy and granting agency regulations. The D.A. Administrator of Finance works in conjunction with the Assistant Chief Deputy District Attorney - Administration as well as the Chief Deputy District Attorney on grant applications and renewals, financial and statistical reports, and audits.

Yolo County District Attorney's Clerical Support Staff includes Legal Process Clerks and Legal Secretaries. Our clerical support staff takes pride in processing each case timely and efficiently. They are here to serve the public.
