The Yolo County Agriculture Department manufactures rodent bait under the California Department of Food and Agriculture label. It is available for sale, at cost, to agricultural operations and other county agriculture departments. Currently, the following is available:

Sales Tax rate is 8.25%

Agricultural use of   Diphacinone rodent bait is now a federally restricted material, thus requires the user to have and present at least and Operator Identification Number and a Private Applicator Certificate.  Please call ahead of time for availability if you wish to purchase in large quantities. 

**  Zinc phosphide bait is a restricted material, thus requires the user to have and present a Restricted Materials Permit. It is available only by special order. Please call during our business hours to place your order.

Reminder: A monthly pesticide use report must be submitted to the Agricultural Commissioner's office in the county in which it is used for all agricultural use of baits.
