LocationWinters Community Library is a joint use facility with Winters Joint Union High School and sits on the edge of school grounds. The new Winters Community Library was built in 2009 as a joint use facility because the mission and goals of the library, in terms of access to informational resources and recreational reading, were consistent with the high school library. Becoming a joint use facility also allowed the library to greatly expand it's hours and offered a perfect location in the City of Winters.
