Defendant sentenced to a total of four years, four months county prison. Defendant received a split sentence; two years, two months to be served in custody; two years, two months to be served under mandatory supervision. Defendant was ordered to pay a fine of $20,000. A hearing regarding restitution was set for 12/19/14.
